Integrated B.B.A. LL.B (Hons)

GLS University has been established with the objective of providing an ideal and creative learning environment and continuing the tradition of excellence in education of the sponsoring body of the University, viz., Gujarat Law Society (GLS).

Since its inception, GLS University took a pioneering role by offering programmes in several disciplines such as Business Management, Computer Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, design, Law and Research etc. The courses offered at GLS University have high preference and acceptance in the student community as well as in the corporate fraternity.

About B.B.A. LL.B (Honours)

GLS University offers the 5-year integrated Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Laws (B.B.A LL.B (Hons) programme – specialisation in Finance and Marketing. This is an integration of management, business subjects and law. B.B.A LL.B. is a unique and niche interdisciplinary programme that has emerged in response to the fast-changing trends of the industry. It provides an in-depth knowledge of commerce and business management, with intricate details of law and governance.

Apart from the law courses, the common management subjects taught in B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme usually include Financial Management, Marketing Management, Financial Accounting, International Business, Digital Marketing and Corporate Governance.

Those who desire to specialise in the management and business fields need to opt for a B.B.A LL.B degree. There are many job opportunities available to candidates after completing a B.B.A LL.B (Hons.) course. The degree holders will be suitable for a profession in company law, merger and acquisitions, company governance, finance, advertising etc. Further, with a B.B.A LL.B degree, one can work as legal advisor, law reporter, legal assistant, lawyer, etc. Post B.B.A LL.B one can opt for courses on corporate law, acquisitions, mergers, etc. B.B.A LL.B. provides ample professional possibilities in a modern economy.
